Can I file a single Mechanic's Lien on behalf of 2 contractors who I represent or I have to file one for each contractor?
Generally, no - two claims from separate parties cannot be lumped on to the same mechanics lien filing. That being said, once the separate liens are perfected in the property records, individual claimants could jointly pursue enforcement of their liens in one action (if enforcement becomes necessary).
