I haven’t gotten paid customer received notice intent to lien 7 days ago . What should I do?

After at least 10 days has lapsed, you can sign the Affidavit of Prior Service on the Notice of Intent and record the Notice and Statement of Lien with the Clerk & Recorder for the County in which the property is located. If they still don't pay, you will need to file a foreclosure action. If you are paid, be sure to release the lien.
