Can I replace a neighbors kitchen sink and faucet without a license?

First, note that doing a favor and replacing a neighbor's sink likely won't really require a license if money isn't changing hands. If you're asking about whether you can take on a project for payment while unlicensed, then the fact that it's your neighbor will likely be irrelevant. Rather, the licensing issue would come down on the type of work being provided. Generally, projects which require plumbing work that connects to drinking water will require a license, according to this page from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR). And, by and large, all plumbing-related work must be licensed. With all of that being said, Florida's licensing requirements aren't my strong suit. And, reaching out to the DBPR or consulting a local Florida construction attorney should help to reach a more clear answer.

I've been wanting to redecorate my kitchen for a long time. The previous furniture was pretty cheap and you can imagine what the countertop, the furniture that comes in contact with water, looks like. In general, nothing good.
