I'm not sure if you can help. I gave a large amount of money to a friend who was acting as a contractor. She basically took my money and job was never completed to this day its not in a condition to actually live in. I am running out of money and afraid i will not be able to complete the project. I have spent over 100,000 and feel I am owed close to 40,000.Acting contractor says I owe her money.
