Do I have the right to file a bond claim against the GC and sub after I filed a mechanics lien?

Can I request an application for payment off a GC Bonding Company that subcontracted out marine work to his sub that failed to pay the MFG for items shipped to his sub. Lien has has been filed on sub for $19,332.00 but he fails to respond for payment after 6 months. Do I have the legal right to make a bond claim to the prime / his sub. Thank you

Again, this is not a simple question.  An attorney has to review the contracts. If you recorded a lien, did you file suit within 90 days?  If not, your lien is no longer perfected. Give me a call and we an discuss this.
Sincerely,
