Can my SC can invoice me every single job? It's not required in the contract
MarylandI had my WC audit and COI this year and the auditor is asking me the " Waiver of WC" which I have it and is asking me too for their invoices at least 7 each, I don't have invoices from them, I just pay them every job and give 1099 the end of the year, how true is from the auditor to request me that information cause he said, SC will count as an employee and I have to pay the WC for them?
