I am a property manager & the owner died last year. We received notice of the person who is now appointed for her estate. We have been in communication with him to fix up the property for him to rerent or sell. We have done work to the property to improve as well as utilities for over a year & other things. He is now avoiding all forms of communication. Last week we stopped utilities as well as the yard work (which I know we can't claim for) What exactly are we able to file on or is it another route we should be taking? If this is the route & we can include utilities does the deadline start from the last payment or when it was shut off?
