I'm a electrical subcontractor that finished the electrical finish on a duplex in Laconia, NH. I'm due $5333.33 as of 4/29 and the owner has not paid me. The property has been inspected by code enforcement and the owner has rented the property out as of May 1st of this year. A notice was sent out with the amount due and my right to file a lien which resulted in a return voice mail telling me to"Go ahead and file the lien,I haven't had a good court case in a while"
