what is the march 15th date for that you say was missed. You must file an intent letter before filing an actual lien.

Most states reuqire you file an intent letter with 90 days from the last day of job completion. Then once an intent is filed, you have 30 days to file an actual lien. double check though because some states laws are different. Where are you located, and have you file anything yet?
