I was incarcerated for parole violation in March this year, My girlfriend at the time had my truck in her yard cause it was broke down before I was incarcerated I added her daughter on as a CO owner. The agreement was dead fixed it while incarcerated they get legalised and use it until I came homeWhereupon they would return my truck. Issue is when she had it moved to a friend of hers house who just happens to be a mechanic that now are being told hes falling for a loss to title and putting a lien on it. Is this a legal move And also how can you do this when the title was never sent off and her daughter never was officially added onto my title it was notarized but never sent into the DMV. What may I do to recover my property?
