Hired a recruiting company who contract states they will replace a hired candidate they’ve provided to us within 90 days of hire if they do not work out. Services are paid for in full upon hire. Notified recruiting company immediately once candidate quit on 1/25/21 and have been given the run around and rude emails ever since. Candidate has not been replaced and company has breached contract. Requesting Amount paid to recruiting company returned. Do you offer help regarding this kind of dealing?
