Hello, I am a truck driver for a company based out of Chicago. I am a Kentucky resident. I have hauled many loads over a couple of weeks and have yet to be paid. They give me numerous excuses as to why this hasn't happened. I do have possession of their truck and trailer however, the same equipment that is used to perform my job. Can you tell me if it is possible to put a lien on this equipment until I am paid? What is the procedure please. Greenup county KY. Thank you.
