We are thinking of changing our LLC to a S Corp. We also have a state contract subject to prevailing wages. As we are a family owned business we don't pay ourselves prevailing wages. If we change to S Corp, and we are shareholders/employees, do we have to pay ourselves the states prevailing wages? It is my self and my son that perform all the work for the company.
