Am I able to collect legal fees while negotiating against a bond that has replaced a lien in AZ?

Do you do work in AZ? I have a customer who has stated they may purchase a surety bond against the lien my company has in place against a property my client owns. The property is under contract to close 8/28. My question is, can I collect for any legal fees during the bond negotiation? My lien and fees total $10,200 as of now. Thanks, Bryan
