Iam closing on a house tomorrow and the contractor the seller hired is filing a mechanic's lien on the seller .. will this effect my finalization after closing

This typically should affect the closing of the home, however, it really depends on the timing of when it is filed and when the title company pulls the record to see if there are any liens.
