I contacted Level set in August of 2021, about filing a lein in Paola, KS. Only to find out when the bank that holds the note on the farm called me yesterday to inform me that you only have 90 day to file. I’m out $550 to level set why didn’t some one advise me that I had run out of time to file the lein. I was told I could file. White glove mechanics lein. Please advise. My document number is 5767936.
