Who should go after contractor or home owner to get what is owed to me he says he,s going to pay but hasn't

What if your not sure of the contractor address.to send him notices of lien or the people name in which owned the house,I'm a subcontractor who worked on a bathroom which was his aunt house now its been rt at 60 days not payed yet 600.00 where am I at with this issue
