Who serves my notice of lien if I want it delivered in person
ColoradoI’m a contractor who hasn’t gotten paid for the jobs we have done I am going to put a mechanic lien on one of the properties but I need to give him the notice of intent 1st then file the lien just wondering how/who delivers the notice

If you want something served personally and done correctly, you should hire a process server, or the county sheriff.
