We are a subcontractor who was just terminated. The GC is willing to sign a liability waiver releasing us from any future costs incurred on their end. Where can I find a waiver for them to sign so they cannot come after us for anything in court?

Contact a construction attorney. Releases are tricky and are worth the cost of having a lawyer draft one for you.
