We have a large project in FL, which has several completion dates. Our contract and billing are for the entire project work. Is our 90 day lien deadline based on 90 days from the last completion date or would each have a 90 day deadline?

If you have one contract, it would be 90 days from your final furnishing date exclusive of punch list and warranty work. You different completion dates may be tied to different milestones (such as buildings) you are required to complete per your contract.
