I completed my work 3 months age and was supposed to be paid hourly each month beginning in Sept of 2021. The pay agreement was never honored and I've been trying to get paid since then. I've received two payments "both were very late" and there is a $21,175.00 balance that is due. What can I do to collect, and bring the owner's attention to this?
