Are you able to provide me with a citation of the California statute that states that a customer must provide me with the preliminary notice information if I request it?

Civil Code section 8208 provides:

A direct contractor shall make available to any person seeking to give preliminary notice the following information:

(a) The name and address of the owner.

(b) The name and address of the construction lender, if any.
