What is the correct lien for my case

CaliforniaCollectionsLien ForeclosureNotice of Intent to LienPreliminary Notice

I want to file a lien in a property. We loan money to conduct due diligence to get a construction loan with a promissory note and a deed. The assumption was that once the loan is accepted we would be paid, the due date was 6 months ago and I don't feel comfortable waiting anymore. We filed the deed and we keep receiving promises of payment every week. I want to use the correct lien form, could you advise what that form is? Thank you

Did you record the deed of trust (securing the promissory note) with the County Recorder's Office?

I wanted to follow-up and confirm you’ve been paid on this project matter.

If I can further assist your company with any unpaid invoices, please feel free to call or email. My firm can collect for you even when lien rights have expired or were never pursued.
