What is our recourse if we missed the filing window to file a Lien

What is our recourse if we missed the filing window to file a Lien. Are we just out of luck? Can we go after the homeowner or contractor for payment still?

You can still go after the homeowner and the contractor that hired you to do the work. You have up to 4 years from the date of the breach to file a lawsuit to collect all amounts due, plus court cost and attorney fees. Give us a call if we can help. The Cramer Law Group 972-682-9902.

You could let a certified commercial collection agency of CCAofA licensed and bonded to collect in Texas who will collect the account on a contingency bases, so it won't cost you anything upfront and only a percentage of what they collect.  If you would like a quote feel free to email srauch@rauchmilliken.com or give me a call.  Best regards getting paid, Steve
