I am a subcontractor and filed a notice of intent on a project where the building is a government building owned by a city. I believe I put Commercial for the project type instead of State/County and now I'm concerned that my mechanics lien wont match the notice and it will get denied. Do I need to redo the notice and wait another 10 days to file the lien?
