I have a client owes $3701 on a home remodel we did for them. Mechanics lien has been filed since April 29, 2020 it will expire at the end of the month. I’m in Colorado I’ve looked into foreclosure but they want $8000 to do so. Do I just eat the cost of this job? Through research I’ve found the lady has done same to 11 other companies peeing a total to all 12 of us over $69,000.
