I had a sub place a lien on my home because I refused to pay him for terrible work he performed. I fought the lien in court but it was only a preliminary lien and was told that he would have to either take me to small claims court or remove the lien within 160 days of filing it or it would become a wrongful lien. It has been well past the 160 days and the lien has not been removed. How do I get the lien removed since it has been more than 160 days? I would love to speak to someone if possible.
