What do I do if I did not receive an Oklahoma Preliminary Notice from the supplier?

Oklahoma

I am a homeowner who employed a contractor to pour concrete for an addition to my home. He filed for the permit and made all of the arrangements for the concrete to be delivered and I paid him in full for labor and concrete. Fast forward almost a year later, I get a notice from the Oklahoma County Clerk's office advising me that there has been a lien placed on my home by the concrete company my contractor contracted to supply the concrete. I have had no prior dealings with this supplier at all. But because my contractor stiffed them on payment they are coming after me. I just read on your site that they are require to notify me prior to filing the lien request with the Oklahoma County Clerk's office and that did not happen. My home is my primary residence and that should meet the requirement for sending a notification. What do I do now to request that this lien be removed?
