I was subbing from a contracted contractor who has failed to pay me and owes me 15 grand. He says I have to wait for 30 days. That is not the laws that I understand. I've done this work well over a month ago. I owe employees. I've lost my business and employees due to him. I don't know what to do. He has bounced checks to me. He has charged me for his mess up and now he has cost me my contracts.
