I am a small contractor bidding on a job for installation of Scoreboards at a public park. I did try to find what from the DIR website in California what classification we fall in. I could not see anything that pertains to sign installation. So maybe we fall into Laborers? We install signs which entails setting poles, welding, painting, electrical and setting the sign. I did try to contact the DIR and that was useless. Every dime counts and I need to know what we fall in. thanks
