We order to rush a mechanics lien on June 16th, 2021. According to LevelSet's system it was sent to Miami Dade County on June 17th, 2021. We were told that it will take between 2-5 business days to get filed. Now, according to Miami Dade County Clerk's record office the document was received on June 28th, 2021, four days after the lien's deadline (it was June 24th) and, it was filed on July 7th, 2021. Are we covered if the document date says June 17th but it was filed on July 7th? Hopefully this time we will receive a prompt response. We are still expecting an answer to a question submitted on Jun 30th. Thank you Marisela Miguel
