We have a project in Augusta, GA. We are days away from completing our scope of work. We have around $30k in extras billed to the GC based on hourly work. Our subcontract specifies that any extra work is to be tracked daily and submitted to the Project Superintendent for verification of work. His signature is required on these daily sheets. Payment then must be approved by the PM. The Super refuses to sign any sheets. Without them, the PM has no duty to pay us for the work performed according to the wording in the subcontract. What are my options at this time?
