What a statutes can be used?

Michigan

I'm a law student, we have to find out "Where might we find answers to his questions in the Michigan statutes? What particular statute would apply if your friend has a specific question about a job that is only partially finished, but he still wishes to attach a lien?"

The Michigan Construction Lien Act can be found at MCL 570.1101 through MCL 570.1305.

I don't think you needed MCL 570.1101 as it has some but not all of the information you were looking for, it provides a remedy for a contractor who is not paid on a particular project to record a construction lien on the underlying property and , if payment is not received, foreclose on that property.

Thank You!

Do you work for it or do you have any friends there?

There are more ways to do this, I usually prefer not to get complex for this one, a long time ago I found this source https://paperell.net/write-my-speech that helps me with anything I need for college. Now, the latest novelty from them is 'write my speech' this is fascinating how well these guys are doing in the given field, I think soon finishing a college will be easier than ever. Besides if you don't find the answer to your question here, there are plenty of sources on the internet that deal with this.
