Title company is requesting demand for payment letter

I have a title company that wants a demand for payment letter as home we have a lien on is in escrow. I am not sure how to put together the demand letter.

Generally speaking, a letter on your letterhead that refers to the Escrow Number with the full amount of your demand (including the amount of daily interest) should suffice. You may also ask the title company for a form response that sometimes a title company will provide. Be sure that you preserve the lien by filing suit within 90 days of the date of recordation of the lien regardless of whether this escrow demand is still in process as you are unlikely to get paid if you allow the lien to expire and may be subject you to liability.
