We have a lien on a project in MA.
Our subcontractor is now requesting a copy of the Prime Contract. Are we obligated to send this and if not is there any harm in us sending to them?

The first issue is does your contract with your sub incorporate the Prime Contract by reference? If yes, then the sub is entitled to a copy of the Prime Contract. I can't answer the aspects of your question without delving into the details of the Project, your claim, etc.

Not directly but it does have a "pay when payed" clause
