Thank you for participating in the Levelset community. Unfortunately, the "you" in this question is very unclear. Are you asking if any of the not-affiliated-with-Levelset attorneys in this public forum will send a NOI by certified mail for you? Or are you asking if Levelset sends NOI by certified mail? Or are you asking if you yourslef could send a NOI yourself by certified mail in the state of Missouri?
