I have an IT company which is doing services for a large telecom ISP, and I am contracted through a 3rd party based in MA. They owe me in excess of $100K and are refusing to pay, after I have invoiced, unless my team does additional work which was not part of the initial contract. Am I still eligible for the 'prompt pay act' even though the total is under $3Million?
