Pre Liening jobs early

If you've already signed your contract, there is nothing that prevents you from serving your preliminary notice now. It is good practice, however, to double check prior to your commencement of work if there is a new or different construction lender or if any project information has changed which may trigger a need to serve a new or amended preliminary notice.
