How do I get a copy of the contract we are under with pantex? The rules that we need to follow, our pay scale and salary ect.....

Most construction businesses should have a copy of their contracts on hand, so I'm not entirely sure how to respond to the question. But, if you don't have a copy of your contract, it might be helpful to explain that to the customer and to request a copy of the agreement from them. And, to be sure, the terms of the contract should shed a lot of light on what rules must be followed, including any prevailing wage rules and pay scales (as applicable).
