1-Our lien was filed in Arapahoe County CO, 4-20-2020. Can we contact the property owner to remind them that we still expect payment? 2-what is the deadline for renewing the lien, assuming that it remains unpaid? is it still 7 years in CO? Thank you.

If you only recorded a mechanic's lien in 2020 with no further action, your lien doesn't have any effect. You need to take action to preserve the lien. It seems you're confusing judgment liens and mechanic's liens, so I'm not sure which you're talking about. I'm also concerned about the statute of limitations barring any type of action now.
