Hello - On a cost-plus contract, what is the best way to handle Owner changes that affect time and efficiency? Some changes can delay the project by months, hurting our ability to work on other projects. Other changes may involve a great deal of GC time coordinating with subs, even though the total project cost may not increase (therefore, no additional cost-plus profits). Thank you!
