Notice of completion recorded on job we have lien on

We filed a lien on our job 2000 Bryant for $9K still owed to us. Today, we received a recorded Notice of Completion on this job. Is there any action we need to take to maintain our rights on this job?

You have 30 days from the date the NOC was recorded to record a mechanic's lien, but you've already done that. You have 90 days from the day you recorded your lien to file suit. If you've missed that deadline, don't fret, as you can record another lien, so long as you do so within 30 days of the day the Notice of Completion was recorded. Don't delay. Good luck.
