My lien filed and the property is selling on 3/3

Nevada

Our lien expired 8 days ago and I had filed for extension but just learned that the owner has to agree to the extension which he won't. I should have filed suit against the lien but now that it's extinguished, what are my options?

If you failed to file a lawsuit to enforce the Notice of Lien within the prescribed period, you lost your right to foreclose on the lien but you did not loose your right to sue the owner for payment. The only difference is you no longer can force the sale of the home if the owner does not pay your judgment. If you win on your claims, you can still garnish the owner's wages and bank accounts.
