We are a subcontractor who placed a lien on a property. In Feb 2020 the property was sold. Our customer told us that the money owed to us was placed in a trust at the time of the sale and we needed to contact the courthouse to have the funds released to us. Does Levelset offer a document for this or is there an additional information you can provide. Thanks.
