For state of CT: I supplied restaurant kitchen equipment to a small restaurant 3-4 years ago, with no payments received. The restaurant owner leases/rents from the landlord, and has been behind in his payments. If this restaurant closes, I want to remove the equipment without interruption or interference of the landlord and/or restaurant owner. Will a Mechanics Lien work for this application??
