I am GC and have residential customers that want to hire some of there own subs. This doesn’t happen often but when it does it usually doesn’t end well. Is there a liability waiver for I can have customers sign to discourage them from involving me when they subs they hire don’t perform
That's a good idea. They should relieve you of liability and require that the Owner's separate contractor add you as an additional insured on their commercial general liability insurance policy in case they cause any damages, etc.
