I have reached out to no less than five firms asking if they handle small claims collection representation for an incorporated construction company, and not one has responded. We have signed contracts with each of the three customers that owe us each approximately $6000. I figure finding a firm located in DuPage County, where our business is located, would be more appealing to the firm due to travel time.
