Language barrier between customer and us and need advice

We have a customer that we provided a leak location service for. Due to him wanting a very low cost repair we could not perform the repair for him so he used another company. Customer has now had a lawyer reach out to us but again the language barrier between us and the customer has us confused on what he's wanting from us. Can someone please call us at 214-490-7915?
