My house was closed down due to a furnace and gas issue a building inspector came out however she wasn’t there when we energys Came so she didn’t know Rather it was a gas leak or not we energies confirmed to me that the furnaces were fixed with no leaks how ever the house is deem unlivable my property manager said that he has to wait for the contractor who was working on the house to bring in his own inspector is this true that it has to Be Done like that ?
