I need to know about the prompt pay act in Pennsylvania

There are 2 prompt payment statutes in Pennsylvania. One is for private projects and one is for public projects. Both provide for interest, penalties, and recovery of your attorneys' fees and costs in the right circumstances. It's a good tool when it's available as a remedy.
